Hosting Hong Kong’s first Fine Dining Whisky Pairing Dinner, Dram Good Stuff, The Macallan and Beefbar presented a fabulous evening with flair and fun …
Needless to say, the Whisky was very much appreciated with The Macallan 12 Fine Oak being the welcome drink and as each delectable course was served, the whiskies kept going up a notch. The appetiser was paired with The Macallan 12 Sherry Oak after which we were treated to the Limited Edition No.3, The Macallan 18 Fine Oak and we swooned over the perfect pairing of The Rare Cask with Chef Andre’s glorious Chocolate inspired desert platter.
Ron Taylor was our guide for the evening and made the experience all the more delightful with his insight and amusing anecdotes from the magical world of this “water of life”.
