Aromatic wood smoke intertwines with cranberries, red currants, dark brown sugar, raisins, sweet plum, and soft spices. The palate is full-bodied and unctuous, displaying fragrant wood smoke, caramelising brown sugars, red berries, peeled red apple skin, wood polish, glowing embers, and stewed plum.
