Aroma
Peat smoke with hints of wood embers, ash, and ferns emerges, followed by Kanro candy, a hint of sap, menthol, orange peel, ripe red apple, conifer, and ginger.

Palate
The palate is smooth, with a powerful peat flavor accented by ash. The sweetness of Kanro candy harmonizes with subtle nuances of apple and ginger. The peat smoke lingers, enveloping the entire tongue.

Overall Review
This wine stands out more than its aroma, with a rich, tongue-coating peat smoke.
