Tasting note:
The top is gorgeous, tropical and fruity. This is followed by an oriental, sweet buttercream-like aroma. The last part is toffee and milky with a long aftertaste.
SHINDO EXPERIMENTAL 01, the first product from the Shindo Distillery.
They want to make the best proposal they can now for the long road ahead. With this in mind, Shindo Distillery begins its "road" with the "Experimental" series.
All are non-peated. The casks used were mainly bourbon barrels, but also Mizunara, Oloroso Sherry, and a few other barrels were used for batting.
