Produced by Laphroaig Distillery, founded in 1815, this discontinued expression became highly sought after for balancing aged complexity with the distillery’s unmistakable medicinal peat profile. On the nose, it offers soft peat smoke, polished oak, dried citrus, sea breeze, honey, and subtle medicinal notes. The palate is smooth and layered with flavours of sweet malt, vanilla, gentle smoke, salted caramel, oak spice, and herbal peat, finishing long and refined with lingering maritime salinity and mature smoky warmth.
