Sakurao 5 Years 2020 Single Cask #7158 is a Japanese single malt whisky produced at Sakurao Distillery in Hiroshima, Japan. Distilled in 2020 and matured in a first fill Marsala wine cask, this single cask expression showcases the influence of a unique fortified wine maturation. Bottled at a cask strength of 60% ABV, this limited release was produced with an outturn of only 253 bottles worldwide.

On the nose, it reveals aromas of dried fruits, honey, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate, flavours of caramel, ripe fruits, citrus peel and oak develop with the richness imparted by Marsala wine cask maturation. The finish is smooth and lingering, with notes of fruit sweetness, spice and gentle oak.
