Belgian Owl 5 Years is crafted by Belgian Owl Distillery, a producer credited with reviving whisky production in Belgium. Founded by Etienne Bouillon, the distillery uses locally grown barley and traditional Scottish-style copper stills to create whiskies that showcase terroir and authenticity. On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh grain, honey, pear, vanilla, and floral notes. The palate is smooth and approachable with flavours of orchard fruit, malt sweetness, citrus, and light spice, finishing fresh and elegant.
