Founded in 1798, Highland Park is celebrated for its distinctive combination of aromatic peat smoke, sherry-seasoned oak, and maritime influence. Limited to 2,667 bottles worldwide, the Spring 2019 Release represents one of the distillery's most sought-after aged expressions and showcases the elegance that develops through thirty years of maturation. On the nose, it presents dried fruits, heather honey, citrus peel, and soft peat smoke. The palate is rich with dark chocolate, spices, roasted nuts, and orchard fruits. The finish is exceptionally long with layers of oak, honey, and aromatic smoke.
