Monochrome Essence No. 2 – Aultmore 14 Years (Owl Label) is an independent bottling showcasing spirit from Aultmore Distillery, one of Speyside's most respected yet understated producers. Founded in 1897 by Alexander Edward, Aultmore is renowned for producing elegant, fruit-driven single malts that are highly sought after by independent bottlers. The Monochrome series highlights distinctive cask selections through minimalist presentation and artistic label design, with the Owl Label celebrating the whisky's refined and contemplative character. On the nose, it reveals aromas of orchard fruits, honey, vanilla cream, citrus zest, and delicate floral notes. The palate is rich and balanced with flavours of ripe pear, baked apple, malted barley, toffee, and gentle oak spice, finishing long and elegant with lingering fruit sweetness and soft vanilla undertones.
