Sakurao 4 Years 2021 Single Cask #6147 is a Japanese single malt whisky produced at Sakurao Distillery in Hiroshima, Japan. Distilled in 2021 and matured in a first fill Bourbon Barrel, this exclusive single cask bottling was selected for Bar Buonasera Hong Kong. Bottled at a cask strength of 62% ABV, this limited release was produced with an outturn of only 207 bottles worldwide.

On the nose, it reveals aromas of vanilla, citrus, caramel and toasted oak. On the palate, flavours of honey, orchard fruits, sweet spices and oak develop alongside the influence of first fill Bourbon barrel maturation. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness, spice and oak character.
