Solisca Blanco Tequila is a bright, unaged expression of 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, made at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila (NOM 1438), a family-run, women-led house. The agave comes from the distillery's own fields in Los Altos and Tequila Valley, and it is distilled twice from just agave, yeast and water.
On the nose, it shows tropical citrus, bell pepper and white blossoms. The palate brings green apple and cooked agave, finishing mineral with a hint of fresh mint. Made for highballs and cocktails as the sun goes down.
